My family, on the way to the beach!

Today’s column in The Greenville News is a tribute to that favorite of summer activities: heading to the beach.

I wrote this column while I was lucky enough to be at the beach last week with my family. If you’re not able to spend time by the seashore this summer, I hope you can live vicariously through this!
