In Conversation with Jennifer McGaha – upcoming event at M. Judson Booksellers

I’m excited to announce a FREE upcoming event with my friend, the fabulous memoirist Jennifer McGaha. I’ll be In Conversation with Jennifer about her new memoir, The Joy Document: Creating a Midlife of Surprise and Delight, at M. Judson Booksellers in Greenville, South Carolina: 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 4th.

Jennifer is a fellow Brevardian (she was born and raised here, and I got here as fast as I could); we also shared an office together when we first began our careers as college adjunct professors. If I didn’t love Jennifer, I’d still love her writing. Her voice is clear, engaging, witty, sharp, and curious. I absolutely loved her other books, especially Bushwacking: How to Get Lost in the Woods and Write Your Way Out. I can’t wait to read The Joy Document!
